Daily interactions leave lasting impression

Anyone who knows me will tell you I am not, and never have been, a morning person. This is a problem that has plagued me my entire life. As far back as I can remember, up until my last week of high school, mornings in the Olsen house followed a very similar pattern when it came to the issue of waking me up.

Getting in the Game

In 2013, the MSU Board of Trustees will add another MSU ex-athlete to its roster. As a result of the November elections, former football co-captain Brian Mosallam was elected as the newest member of the university’s governing board — meaning half of the board’s eight seats will be filled with former MSU student-athletes.

No. 19 Spartans defeat Arkansas-Pine Bluff, 76-44

There was a distinct holiday flavor in the air at Breslin Center on Wednesday, as the Izzone student section taunted visiting Arkansas-Pine Bluff with Christmas songs for much of the evening. Unfortunately, the No. 19 MSU basketball team wasn’t exactly in the mood for gift giving.

*On Sunday, it was announced the MSU football team (6-6 overall, 3-5 Big Ten) is headed to Tempe, Ariz., to take on the TCU Horned Frogs (7-5, 4-5 Big 12) in the Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl.
