MSU student sentenced to 45 days in jail for involvement in Cedar Village disturbance
A 20-year-old MSU student has been sentenced to 45 days in jail following his involvement in the post Big Ten championship game civil disturbance in Cedar Village. Justin Paul Roe was arrested and arraigned on Dec. 13 2013 on three charges. Kindling a fire, unlawful assembly and remaining within 300 feet of a fire. Roe will serve his time in the Ingham County jail.
