Like teenagers and parents who disagree about curfews and music, students and nonstudents in East Lansing sometimes disagree about the neighborhoods they live in, according to survey results from the Community Relations Coalition.The survey was sent in October to 543 residents in two sections of the Bailey Neighborhood, one section of the Oakhill Neighborhood and most of the Red Cedar Neighborhood.The survey asked questions relating to neighborhood relations.
