An additional 13 counts of criminal sexual conduct against ex-MSU doctor Larry Nassar were bound over to the circuit court in Eaton County, as determined Friday following the preliminary examination hearing in the 56A District Court.

Ex-MSU doctor Larry Nassar will again appear in court — this time, in Eaton County. On Friday, Nassar will show up in the Eaton County District Court for a preliminary examination hearing, where he faces seven criminal sexual conduct charges of the first degree.

An additional 17 counts of criminal sexual conduct against ex-MSU doctor Larry Nassar will be bound over to the Ingham County Circuit Court, as determined Friday at the conclusion of Nassar's preliminary examination hearing in the 55th District Court.
The preliminary examination hearing for ex-MSU doctor Larry Nassar will conclude Friday at the 55th District Court in Ingham County. After the final day of the preliminary examination, it will be determined whether or not Nassar will stand trial on 15 first-degree criminal sexual conduct charges.

Update June 12, 12:15 p.m. — According to court records, an order was filed which granted the motion for leave on June 9. This allowed the plaintiffs in this case to file the second amended complaint June 12.
