New regulations, strict enforcement change tailgates

University officials, students and MSU police agree: On Saturday, tailgaters behaved. But whether that was due to the new guidelines or the fact that students stayed away from campus is less certain. The guidelines include a restriction on drinking games and a tailgating time limit of five hours before the game and two hours after. Marketing senior Mary Sullivan said she was carded four times at her tailgate area around the Wilson tennis courts.
