About four months have passed since administrators announced undergrad programs at MSU Dubai, the university’s Middle East academic endeavor launched in 2008, would end. The revelation prompted the satellite campus’ 85 undergraduate students and 50 incoming students to look at an education during a time when most admissions were closed.
