Food bank raises more than $1 million

A record amount of money was raised for the Greater Lansing Food Bank in the 2009-10 Envelope Fundraising Campaign, Executive Director Terry Link announced Tuesday. The $1,048,624.29 raised will help feed people in Ingham, Eaton and Clinton counties, Link said.

Request for Wales warrant received

The Ingham County Prosecutor’s Office received a request from the East Lansing Police Department for a fugitive warrant for Leo Wales III, Ingham County Prosecutor Stuart Dunnings III said.
