Snyder Chief of Staff to meet with students on MSU board appointment

Multiple student groups will meet with Governor Rick Snyder's Chief of Staff, Dick Posthumus, to discuss the upcoming appointment to the MSU Board of Trustees.  The meeting will be held at the Romney Office Building in Lansing on Tuesday, and will consist of student representatives from the MSU College Democrats, James Madison College Conservatives, the Associated Students of MSU, or ASMSU, and Reclaim MSU.

ASMSU votes to advocate for reopening Nassar survivor fund

The Associated Students of MSU, or ASMSU, voted unanimously to advocate for the immediate reopening of the Healing and Assistance Fund, which was established to provide survivors of ex-MSU doctor Larry Nassar's sexual abuse with resources needed for counseling services.

MSU conducts water quality testing, water treatment plant project on schedule

MSU conducted water quality testing at each of MSU’s 15 water wells to determine if Per- and Polyfluoroalkl Substances, or PFAS, were present. The test results found that no PFAS were present.  MSU’s new water treatment plant and storage tank project is on schedule and in its fifth month of construction.
