Ed Outslay, a Michigan State professor in the Broad College of Business and an assistant baseball coach at East Lansing High School, died yesterday at age 67.
The Target being built in East Lansing on Grand River Avenue as part of the Center City Project will officially open on July 21, 2019. The store is already beginning to hire 80 team members to "help deliver a great shopping experience for guests," according to a press release from the City of East Lansing.
Albert Avenue — from Division Street to Bailey Street — will be closed to traffic for construction from Monday until Wednesday this week, according a City of East Lansing press release.
The Michigan State Graduate Employees Union, or GEU, organized a march across campus Monday in response to contract negotiations.
The Union will be open 24 hours during finals week to help students prepare for their exams.
