Broadway workshop helps students

Local theater hosts open house

Despite a low turnout, organizers say Mid-Michigan Family Theatre’s open house Saturday was productive for those involved and offered volunteers an opportunity to continue preparation for the upcoming production of “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory,” which begins next week.

MSU e-mail to get new look, more storage

After five years of toiling under the same system, MSU will update its e-mail system this fall, adding significantly more storage space and usability features that the old system lacked.

Neitzel signs contract with German team

Former MSU guard Drew Neitzel has signed a one-year contract to play with the Artland Dragons of the German Professional Basketball League, according to Eurobasket.com Neitzel played for the Minnesota Timberwolves in the NBA’s Summer League earlier this month, but decided to sign with Artland on Wednesday.
