Two students received tickets for trespassing Friday night after climbing onto the roof of Agriculture Hall, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.

Standing above the busy backdrop of men toning their muscles and building upper body strength at IM Sports-West, Katie Toskey said the weight room can be an uncomfortable environment. “I would never go down there,” said Toskey, an international relations sophomore. “I try to work out every day, but it can be intimidating.”

The MSU women’s basketball team has the ability to lose its next game or take it all the way. Head coach Suzy Merchant said the Spartans have used, and will continue to use the pent up anger and disappointment that came with missing out on the NCAA Tournament to fuel their way to a WNIT championship.

Column shows stereotypes of campaign behavior it criticizes

I was very disappointed after reading Catherine Fish’s column Sexism big part of primary season (SN 3/24). She had a great opportunity to rise above the stereotype she claims is plaguing New York Sen. Hillary Clinton’s campaign by writing a column about why Clinton should be the next president and focusing on the issues at hand.

Politicians can't get away with scandals anymore

It’s becoming more and more clear that sexual escapades are an underlying current in American politics. Democrats and Republicans alike have felt the sting of having a hand caught in the cookie jar — at least I hope that’s where it was.
