MSU recently launched a revamped version of an already existing fiscal misconduct hotline, giving MSU community members an anonymous way to report a variety of misconduct, ranging from sexual assault to academic dishonesty. According to a statement from Lansing Police Department Spokesman Robert Merritt, the man has been identified as 33-year-old Mark Alan Luplow. The Lansing resident was reported missing on June 24.
