Lansing resident Anthony Shearer will not be charged in connection with the Spartan Stadium bomb threat that occurred on July 2.Shearer appeared in 54B District Court today and Judge Andrea Larkin found there was no evidence suggesting Shearer knew his girlfriend, Cynthia Spade, was going to call in a bomb threat.
East Lansing City Manager George Lahanas BW said the property at Albert Avenue and Abbot Road will most likely be replaced with an office building, the area east of Valley Court Park will be replaced with a residential building and parking ramp and the location between Abbot Road and Evergreen Avenue will possibly be replaced by a residential building for senior citizens.
MSU recently launched a revamped version of an already existing fiscal misconduct hotline, giving MSU community members an anonymous way to report a variety of misconduct, ranging from sexual assault to academic dishonesty.
