—A two car collision that occurred on Nov. 16 has resulted in the death of a Lansing woman. The crash took place on Coolidge Road just after 3:30 p.m.
Katie Jo Vera, a 30-year-old woman from Lansing, passed away due to injuries sustained during the collision, according to an update by the East Lansing Police Department.
Vera was the driver of one of the vehicles. The other driver also sustained serious injuries and was taken to a local hospital after the crash, according to the update.
The cause of the collision is still under investigation by ELPD.
