Moe’s Southwest Grill located at 551 E. Grand River Ave is closing its doors for good, following What Up Dawg?'s closing earlier this summer. The building will be repurposed to a Jersey Mike’s Subs shop.

After the 2015-16 wrestling season and 25 years as the head coach at MSU, Tom Minkel will retire. Roger Chandler, the current associate head coach, will take over.
Recently MSU was ranked 14th on bestcolleges.com’s list of the 30 best colleges in America for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) students. MSU was also the only school from the state of Michigan on the list.
