Entering her last season, senior guard Alisa Wulff is ready to do more of what she’s been doing for the MSU women’s basketball team from the beginning — being a leader. Through Wednesday, Wulff has started every game and has racked up 11 rebounds and added 17 points to help her team to a 5-1 record.

The MSU hockey team has lost just once to Lake Superior under head coach Rick Comley. Since that win in early 2003, the Lakers are winless against the Spartans — a streak that spans 10 games.

The ninth Big Ten/ACC Challenge went just like the previous eight, as the ACC won eight of the 11 games. While Penn State’s Mike Walker led the Nittany Lions to a win with 17 points, the consensus top-two teams in the conference took different routes to their win.
