The East Lansing Police Department has identified a person of interest in an apparent double homicide, though that person is deceased. The investigation began earlier this month when human remains were found in a freezer in an East Lansing home.

On-campus Spanish living community to open next fall
The only student-led living-learning community, La Casa, is set to open in fall 2025 for students interested in Spanish.
