Dining halls offer many cultural and religion-friendly food stations

When one thinks of culture, many things come to mind -- music, sports, clothes -- but also food. For Michigan State, a university with over 7,000 international students, one place where this comes into play is the cafeterias. From Brody Complex to Akers Hall, many things have been done to appeal to different cultures across campus.

Students build bicycles for children in foster care

Tinkering with wheels, pedals and handlebars, members of Together We Riseap, a national non-profit that helps improve the experience of children in the U.S. foster care system, hosted a bike build during the weekend in Case Hallap to support Lansing area children in foster care.
