Ahead of Memorial Day weekend, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer announced a partial reopening of the state in a press conference Monday.
“It makes bill paying a little bit more complex,” Michigan-based artist Salina Kalnins said. “With the art fairs, it’s a gamble if you're going to make a lot of money or not, but you at least know you're probably going to make something.
