Hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars later, graduates from the MSU College of Law were able to celebrate passing the bar exam and beginning of their careers as lawyers after passing the bar exam by being sworn in by 30th Circuit Court Judge Rosemarie Aquilina on Wednesday evening.

Observatory offers telescope viewing

From 9-11 p.m. this Friday and Saturday, the MSU Observatory, located at the corner of Forest and College roads, will open its doors to the public for a free viewing of MSU’s 0.6 meter telescope.

At 7 p.m. today in the Communication Arts and Sciences Building auditorium, members of the Migrations of Islam project will show “The Taqwacores,” a film chronicling a Muslim punk-rock scene. The film examines being young and Muslim in the U.S.

MSU Students pitch in for Red Cedar river cleanup

Within 10 minutes of climbing into a canoe and paddling out into the Red Cedar River, three members of MSU’s Fisheries and Wildlife Club already had pulled out a bike from the depths of the water during the club’s once-a-semester river cleanup.
