MSU business students reach milestone in application process to Eli Broad College of Business

Last Friday marked a significant event in the application process for MSU business students applying to the Eli Broad College of Business.  The students completed their case studies, where they were required to analyze a hypothetical situation and record a response with a solution to the task at hand.  The case study accompanies an experiential profile as the non-academic factors considered for an application in addition to academic factors.

Sunday night Oberon release had Crunchy's filled to capacity

This was the night and location that Bell's Brewery was releasing its popular seasonal beer Oberon. And Crunchy's was packed to the point that it had reached capacity. For many Michiganians, the release of Oberon is more significant than an additional option at the bar, it represents the coming of warmer times.

“We’re not cutting the trees down. That’s the good news,” said Telewski, pointing to a pair of oak trees he planted from acorns he collected in Korea. “We do have to cut trees down sometimes but we try to minimize it as much as possible so we can maximize the campus arboretum.”

MSUFCU approved for new three-story office building

April Clobes, president of MSUFCU, said construction on the administrative building will begin in approximately two months when they receive their building permits. Depending on weather and scheduling, the building is expected to be open in early 2017.
