The history freshman, who is Christian and doesn’t celebrate Ash Wednesday, said she has never actually seen anyone wearing ashes.

A suspect stole $150 in cash from a student’s wallet sometime between 7 and 8 p.m. Thursday in North Hubbard Hall, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.

After leaving the Wildcats’ program nearly six years ago, Comley heads back to his old stomping grounds in Marquette for the first time this season with a new team and a national championship under his belt.

Additional tuition dollars belong to students

If MSU decided not to refund its students an unnecessary extra per-credit fee, there would be hell to pay. Wayne State University students were required to pay a $13-per-hour credit fee to compensate for possible financial shortcomings for the fall semester.

In a room buzzing with machines, a thick sheet of extra-rich dough slowly rolls down a conveyor belt at the Quality Dairy Bakery in Lansing, ready to become a cult icon. The dough will be cut, pressed, molded, warmed, fried, filled and glazed to become some of the 100,000 paczkis made at the factory during a 10-day period.
