Gov. Rick Snyder is set to deliver his seventh State of the State address to a joint session of the Michigan Legislature at 7 p.m. Tuesday evening. The address will take place inside Michigan's Capitol building in the House Chamber.
Protestors are expected to be present outside of the Capitol building from 1-9 p.m., according to a Facebook event called Flint Stand up to Snyder.
The event page encourages participants to "Let your voice be heard!!! Convoy from Flint to Lansing to protest for the voices of Flint who can no longer be heard."
Stay with The State News for updates on Snyder's address and any protests outside of the Capitol building.
