Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) will hold a rally for Hillary Clinton at Adams Field on Thursday.

According to Hillary Clinton's website, the rally will be from 2:45 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The last time Sanders was on campus, he was a presidential candidate. He addressed MSU students at Breslin Center on March 2, according to a previous article from The State News.

"I think it's really exciting to have Bernie Sanders back. He's inspired a lot of our generation," President of MSU College Democrats Daniel Eggerding said.

Sanders announced his support of Clinton on July 25 during the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia.

"We have got to defeat Donald Trump and we have got to elect Hillary Clinton and Tim Kaine," Sanders said at the convention.
