St. Patrick’s Day weekend is finally here. Although temperatures won’t reach the highs of last year, businesses will still have their own festivities to celebrate the green holiday. Here’s a quick rundown of what to expect:

Restaurants/Bars
Harper’s Restaurant and Brew Pub, 131 Albert Ave.
On Saturday, Harper’s will throw their Harper’s St. Practice Day: “St. Patty’s Pre-Game Party.” In addition to showing NCAA basketball games all day, drafts will be $1 from noon until 3 a.m. On Sunday, Harper’s will have a free breakfast buffet and $1 drafts from 7-11 a.m.
Dublin Square Irish Pub, 327 Abbot Road
Dublin Square will open at 9 a.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. Sunday. Irish breakfast will be served until noon on both days.
Harrison Roadhouse, 720 Michigan Ave.
Opening at 11 a.m. Sunday, Harrison Roadhouse will have $2 pints and $3 mugs of green beer, $3 Concannon Irish Whiskey, $4 Irish Car Bombs and $4 pints of Great Lakes Brewing Company Conway’s Irish Ale.
Crunchy’s, 254 W. Grand River Ave.
On Sunday, Crunchy’s will open at 8 a.m. and offer happy hour specials all day. In addition, pizza will be half off and mugs of green beer will be available for $2.
Claddagh Irish Pub, located in the Eastwood Towne Center, 2900 Towne Center Blvd., in Lansing
Saturday, Claddagh Irish Pub will have live music with Bobby Standal from 8-11 p.m. On Sunday, the pub will offer live music all day. At 10 a.m., Bobby Standal will perform his rendition of classic Irish music. At 2:30 p.m., The Mike Vial Trio band will perform. The JDJ Band will start at 6 p.m. and will perform into the morning with their version of American classic rock.

MSU Tower Guard’s 13th Annual Shamrock 5K Run-Walk-Roll
Tomorrow, the MSU Tower Guard will fundraise for the Resource Center for Persons with Disabilities. Those who wish to participate can meet at Conrad Hall at 9 a.m. to sign up. The walk/run starts at 11 a.m. The fee is $25.
Wanderer’s Teahouse and Cafe, 547 E. Grand River Ave.
Every month, Wanderer’s Teahouse and Cafe hosts “High Tea,” where tea and tea-friendly foods, such as Danishes, are served. For St. Paddy’s day, Irish music will be played . The fee is $15 for those who wish to dine.
10th Annual Grand Ledge St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Celebration
The Grand Ledge St. Patrick’s Day Parade Association has several events planned. Today, from 6-11 p.m. at the Grand Ledge Opera House, the association invites people to come out and enjoy traditional Irish dancing, the Glen Erin Bagpipe band and Irish music. Tomorrow, a multitude of events will occur, including an Irish Stew Cook Off from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., a free movie at noon and the St. Patrick’s Parade Dinner and Celebration from 5:30-11 p.m. Tickets are $20.
