A 19-year-old female student reported her cell phone was stolen between 6:05-6:20 p.m. Feb. 18 in a hallway in the Auditorium, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
The student reported leaving her belongings in the hallway backstage during a performance and leaving her cell phone in one of her boots, McGlothian-Taylor said.
Upon her return, the cell phone was no longer in the boot.
The cell phone was a white 16GB iPhone in a pink and silver case and was valued at $500.
There are no suspects, and the incident is under investigation.
