A 21-year-old female student reported fraudulent charges were made from her credit card, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
The student was notified by her credit union after a series of out-of-state charges were made to her account at about midnight Feb. 5, McGlothian-Taylor said.
The credit card still was in the student’s possession at the time of the charges.
Charges of more than $100 were made to the credit card.
There are no suspects, and the incident is under investigation.
