An 18-year-old female student employee reported a wallet stolen between 10:45 a.m. and 3 p.m. Feb. 8 from the Clinical Center, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
The student was working in the building and frequently was away from her desk, McGlothian-Taylor said.
She placed her wallet in a backpack under her desk, and when she returned the zippers were moved and the wallet was missing.
The tri-fold black wallet was valued at $25 and contained $20 and credit cards.
There are no suspects, and the incident is under investigation.
