A 25-year-old male reported several items stolen Jan. 1 from his vehicle in Ramp 6, near Grand River Avenue, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
McGlothian-Taylor said the incident occurred between 1:30-3 a.m. while the vehicle was locked and parked in the ramp. The victim had no affiliation with MSU.
Items missing include a navy blue messenger bag valued at $5 containing a silver Apple MacBook Pro laptop valued at $1,100, an external hard drive and a book.
The laptop had several stickers on it, and the messenger bag was decorated with a variety of buttons.
There are no suspects, and the incident is under investigation.
