The probation officer for senior cornerback Chris L. Rucker filled out a probation violation form Wednesday, recommending Rucker receive 21 days in jail for breaking a year-long probation, according to court records.

Rucker was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated early Sunday morning. The charges violates two terms of Rucker’s probation.

Rucker’s current probation stems from being convicted of one count of assault and battery in February in relation to a November 2009 altercation in Rather Hall, where 15 members of the football team allegedly attacked members of the Iota Phi Theta.
