Bicyclist, pedestrian collide on campus

One person was injured following an accident between a bicyclist and a pedestrian at about 4 p.m. Tuesday, MSU police Officer Jerry Roudebush said.

The two were travelling outside Wells Hall near the Red Cedar River when they collided. Police could not confirm whether they were MSU students.

While the pedestrian told police officers he was OK, the bicyclist was taken from the scene in an ambulance. Roudebush declined to elaborate on the condition of either involved person or offer more details on the incident.
