Wallet stolen from coat

A wallet and cash were stolen from a 26-year-old student’s coat Wednesday, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
The man was having lunch in the Union cafeteria at 1:50 p.m. when he moved his belongings to the building’s study lounge. The student realized he forgot his coat in the cafeteria, but the wallet was missing by the time he returned at 2:20 p.m., McGlothian-Taylor said.
The value of the loss is estimated at $90, and there are no suspects.
