A 21-year-old student stole three pounds of tofu and a metal baking pan between 8:06 and 8:23 p.m.
The value of the tofu is estimated at $45, and the value of the baking pan is estimated at $50, McGlothian-Taylor said.
Embezzlement charges are being sought through the Ingham County Prosecutor’s Office, McGlothian-Taylor said.
The incident is still under investigation.
