A plastic bag containing a small amount of cocaine was found at about 1:20 a.m. Saturday in a third floor hallway in East Akers Hall, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said. A 22-year-old female student discovered the bag and contacted an officer, McGlothian-Taylor said. MSU police field-tested the substance and confirmed it was cocaine, she said. It is unknown who was originally in possession of the substance.
