'See ya later alligator': Chef MaiMai's Eato Food truck moves to Florida
Chef Suree "Mai" Richardson moved to the U.S. in 2015 after growing up poor in Thailand. She met her husband Mark online, and together they started their own food truck, Eato Chef. After five successful years at Horrocks Farm Market, Chef Mai has decided to move the Eato Chef food truck to Florida and continue her business there. The truck was hand built, the food is made fresh daily and the advertising is minimal – but that hasn't stopped her from having lines around the parking lot.
MSU's recycling center utilizes waste as a resource
The MSU Surplus Store and Recycling Center handles tens of millions of pounds of recyclables and used objects every year. Every day, employees sort through cereal boxes, compost and metals to identify recyclables that can be transformed into new products.
