A laptop computer and power cord were stolen from a room in Duffy Daugherty Football Building sometime between Friday and Sunday, according to a report from the MSU Department of Police and Public Safety. The laptop was in a room with a locked door, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said. Another case of window-peeping at Spartan Village is under investigation. According to an MSU police report, a female student was seated at her computer on Friday when she noticed a man looking through her window. She got up, grabbed an aerosol can of spray starch and sprayed out the window in the area of the man, McGlothian-Taylor said. The subject, described as 5 feet 9 inches, 180 pounds and of medium build, then left the scene. MSU police searched the area using dogs, but were unable to locate the man.Margaret Harding
