The three former MSU football players accused of sexual assault have been offered a plea deal, according to Ingham County Court records.
Demetric Vance, Josh King and Donnie Corley were offered a Cobbs agreement, which means if the defendants plead guilty or no contest, the judge will make an agreement with them about the sentence.
Prosecutors have offered them a deal, but no agreement has been reached, according to a Lansing State Journal article.
Corley and Vance both face one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct while King has been charged with one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of capturing/distributing an image of an unclothed person.
