An unknown male victim was sexually assaulted by an unknown male suspect near Beaumont Tower at approximately 2 a.m. on Saturday, according to an MSU alert that went out at about 5:15 a.m.
The alert said a report of criminal sexual conduct was filed with MSU Police at about 3:30 a.m. The degree of sexual misconduct is unknown. It is also unknown if either the victim or the suspect were MSU students.
