MSU Kendo Club teaches students Japanese way of the sword
Michigan State University’s Kendo Club meets every Monday and Wednesday from 8 pm to 10 pm in IM Circle in order to teach, spread and practice the Japanese way of the sword. According to the club’s guidebook, they have been in existence since 1974 and have been practicing bi-weekly since its origination.

According to a report done by Wallethub.com, 2015’s Best and Worst Cities for Sports Fans, Michigan State and the city of East Lansing ranked number three as one of the best cities for sports. The study consists of a variety of variables, which include, ticket and merchandise sales, fantasy sports participation and social media output from fans.
