Friday declared MSU Green Day

On Thursday, Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder declared Dec. 2 MSU Green Day. According to a press release, the day will be used to honor the MSU football team and its upcoming match-up in the inaugural Big Ten championship game in Indianapolis.

MSU ready for defensive game vs. Florida State

Florida State will be the third ACC team the Spartans play in the young season, already having played and lost to No. 5 North Carolina and No. 3 Duke. And in the last four years, the Seminoles hold the third-best record of ACC teams, behind UNC and Duke.
