Ex-MSU and USA Gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar has been charged with three cases of first-degree sexual conduct with a person under 13, Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette confirmed in a press conference on Tuesday.

MSU suffered a data breach exposing a database with about 400,000 records on Nov. 13, the university has confirmed. An unauthorized party accessed a university server which contains "sensitive data," according to the press release.
