MSU community reacts to university decision against mandatory COVID-19 vaccines

"It is important that we respect each other’s decisions and understand why some are unwilling to get vaccinated,” marketing junior Natalie Falotico said. “It’s important that we are all kind to each other and willing to understand each other’s decisions. We all need to be safe but we all also need to be understanding of each other’s beliefs and value our differences.”

MSU will not require the COVID-19 vaccine this fall semester

People who partake in international, domestic and university-related travel will be required to be vaccinated. The medical school and health facilities will require some students to be vaccinated to engage in patient interactions, Executive Vice President for Health Sciences Norman Beauchamp said.
