The recommendations were made based on a survey open to the MSU community. The committee is still meeting, and these suggestions are not final decisions, just recommendations. RHS furloughs 700+ MSU student employees on short notice
Michigan State Residential and Hospitality Services notified student employees Monday that they would be placed on a leave beginning Oct. 4, according to a letter from RHS Human Resources. This notification was sent out to more than 700 RHS student team members, according to RHS Chief Communications Officer Kat Cooper, giving those furloughed a short 12-day notice.
