Meet Raymond, the familiar golden retriever who frequents MSU's campus

Every once in a while, when studying at the Union or taking a walk through the north side of campus, you may be greeted by a big, friendly golden retriever and his trademark red harness. Raymond and his owner, Mike Harju, have become familiar faces for students at Michigan State University. They walk around ten miles a day and many of these excursions take place on and around campus.

Roommates are an inevitable part of college, especially for freshmen at MSU. However, with such a small space for two or more people to live in, issues like a lack of privacy and personal space, different living habits, and communication problems can arise. But when significant others are thrown into the loop in the already cramped dorm rooms, how does it affect the dynamic between the roommates?

Movies, TV shows to look out for this summer

After a year that saw a host of iconic films such as "Barbie" and "Oppenheimer," as well as beloved TV Shows like "Abbott Elementary," "The Bear" and "The Last of Us," 2024 has some big shoes to fill. That being said, there are quite a few movies and shows releasing this summer that will hopefully meet these expectations. Here is a list of movies and TV shows to keep an eye out for this summer.

Seven suspects identified in hate crime, aggravated assault at MSU Library

A group of five suspects aggravatedly assaulted two victims based on sexual orientation bias at the Michigan State University Main Library, according to the police and public safety timely warning email sent out to MSU students and faculty April 15. The hate crime occurred at the Michigan State University Library at 5:45 p.m. and was reported to MSU police at 5:50 p.m.
