Senior wide receiver Austin Wolfe took the gridiron for the second time that day, slotting out wide for head coach Mark Dantonio’s team.

Four recruits sign NLIs for MSU field hockey

The MSU field hockey team announced Monday that four recruits have signed their National Letters of Intent and will be joining the Spartans in the fall. Head coach Helen Knull and the team welcome Cara Bonshak, Meredith Ross, Lia Sinisi and Sawyer Post.

Ex-MSU doctor Larry Nassar in police custody following Attorney General investigation

The Ingham County Sheriff's office confirmed that ex-MSU faculty member Larry Nassar is in police custody following an investigation by the Michigan Attorney General. According to court records obtained by the Lansing State Journal, Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette's office obtained a felony warrant for arrest on three charges of first-degree sexual conduct with a person under 13, attributed to Nassar. For these charges, Nassar could face up to life in prison.

MSU basketball falls to No. 24 in AP rankings

After a hectic week of basketball beginning with a blowout loss to then No. 2 Kentucky, a confidence boosting win over Mississippi Valley State and then a controversial win against Florida Gulf Coast, MSU has fallen to No. 24 in the rankings, dropping 11 spots in the AP poll.
