Coming off of a bye week, the Michigan State Hockey team was back at Munn Ice Arena for a thrilling game against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish where they took a strong win for night one with a final score of 5-2.
The teams take off for the series on Friday at 7 p.m. and Saturday at 6 p.m. at Munn Ice Arena. The Spartans will most definitely looking to sweep for the home crowd and keep their lead in the Big Ten conference.
As the Spartans head into early December, just about halfway through the season, the announcement of preliminary selection camps were announced for the IIHF World Juniors Championships.
