A federal judge ruled to dismiss a lawsuit against MSU's vaccine mandate on Tuesday, Feb. 22. The lawyer, representing MSU employees who have “natural immunity” and do not wish to get the vaccine, said they plan to appeal in the Sixth Circuit court.
