MSU President Lou Anna K. Simon confirmed at Tuesday's Steering Committee meeting that three separate sexual assault cases are under review by the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights. Two of those investigations are from "a while ago," she said.Although Simon would not comment on specific details of the cases, she said all of the investigations under review were investigated at the time they occurred and were handled in a timely manner.
