The Ralph Nader campaign filed a lawsuit Tuesday against the State of Michigan in a Detroit federal court. Retired Lansing firefighter Robert D. McAlvey received the Muscular Dystrophy Association's 2004 Personal Achievement Award for Michigan on July 16.
