Michigan State professor Dr. Glenn Chambers sits in his office at Old Horticulture Hall in East Lansing, Michigan on May 22, 2025. Chambers is the MSU Interim Dean of the Honors College and Interim Dean of the Residential College in the Arts and Humanities, as well as a member of the "Groove Doctors 3," a band comprised of MSU professors. Following in the footsteps of his musical family, Chambers is a multi-instrumentalist turned history professor, using historical knowledge to influence his playing.
